My career started as young fella, looking for working experience within the heavy vehicle industry, I got my chance with Liebherr Australia, working hard and listening, eventually securing an apprenticeship position, working my way through the ranks to a workshop technician (fill in leading hand for the workshop) and then reaching my goal of promotion to field service technician.
Having reached my goal with nearly 10 amazing years at Liebherr I wanted a new challenge, now I work with one of the leading crane repairers in WA, where I’m actively involved in the daily operations, providing comprehensive customer support. My role bridges the technical and commercial aspects of the business, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. With a strong focus on delivering tailored repair solutions and maintaining long-term customer relationships, I contribute to both growth and service excellence in a highly competitive market.
My indigenous background and being a local guy growing up in WA allows me to integrate, digest and collaborate with customer and the wider SCR team on customer expectations.
